In these scenarios, the developer will bring closing costs into the transaction. The lender partner then will retain a portion of the proceeds of the sale/refinance split with the Developer.
Our team also collaborates with both national and global family offices that provide equity, principal to principal investments across Single family, townhome, condominium, affordable and market rate executions.
